Are you a Warehouse Operative with MHE Counterbalance and Reach experience or looking to train on MHE? If so this could be the role for you.

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Warehouse Operative to join our team in Rugby (CV23 0WB) for our customer Haier.  You will be working any 5 out of 7 between the hours of 06:00 - 14:00

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Safe operation of counterbalance and / or reach truck Forklift
  • Loading / unloading and movement of stock across the warehouse.
  • Picking, packing and order preparation accurately
  • Goods in/out and processing and stock support
  • Daily equipment checks and reporting any issues
  • Supporting general warehouse duties

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Previous Warehouse experience
  • Experience of driving MHE - counterbalance & reach truck, however training will be given 
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Ability to work to GXO Health and Safety policies
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse operation
