Here at GXO we have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our team based at West Hallam.  You will be working 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 - 16.00

What you'll do on a typical day:

 

  • Providing information for internal and external customers
  • Take responsibility to ensure all administrative duties are carried out accurately
  • Book inbound/returns deliveries
  • Receive inbound on the system
  • Process returns and return stock vouchers
  • Organise and book transport for all deliveries

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Oracle experience along with Microsoft excel
  • Stock control experience essential
  • Good communication, both verbal and written
  • Organised with the ability to work on own initiative,
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes
  • Willingness to adapt to changing situations
