Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Livingston, supporting our customer, Iceland Foods. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on an any 5 days from 7' pattern, covering the hours of 22:00 to 06:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

 

       Processing Store Orders on WMS

       Allocating Picking Equipment at the start and end of shift

       Investigating Back Picks, actioning Store Markouts as required

       Goods In - data entry, verification, emailing suppliers and updating Vehicle Inbound Schedule

       Updating statistics in all roles, producing timely and accurate information and reports as required

       Any other duties required by the business deemed suitable and necessary

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

       Previous experience in administrative functions within a fast-paced logistics environment is beneficial

       Excellent IT skills, including MS apps such as Excel and Outlook

       Strong ability to analyse data and identify trends, attention to detail is a must

       Ability to solve problems and resolve queries using own initiative
