Here at GXO, we are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our busy team, working at our shared user site in Sherburn In Elmet.

 

You will be working from 06:00-18:00 on a,4 on 4 off shift pattern.

What you'll do on a typical day:

 

  • Reporting to the Transportation Manager, with all day-to-day transportation activities
  • Meticulous record keeping and accurate data entry
  • Communicating with customers and resolving issues
  • Liaising with drivers for smooth movement of goods and materials
  • Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Administrative experience preferably within a logistics environment
  • Computer literate (strong Excel, Word & Email)
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with great attention to detail
  • Be able to work cohesively and well with others
