Here at GXO, we're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Greene King site in Northampton, on full time, permanent basis. You will be working Monday - Friday, covering the hours of 12:00 - 20:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Supporting drivers at the start of their working day
  • Ensuring all administrative traffic duties are carried out as necessary and to a high standards
  • Using IT based systems in the effective delivery
  • Undertaking any other reasonable task as required.


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Previous experience within a transport / logistics organisation
  • Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
