Telesales Executive

• 📞 Make outbound calls to new, existing, and prospective customers


• 💻 Update CRM systems with customer details and call notes


• 🤝 Work closely with the sales team to grow customer lifetime value


• 📈 Hit and exceed KPIs (calls, time on phone, enquiries logged, etc.)


• 🧾 Ensure quality enquiries are submitted to support the estimating team


• 🔁 Proactively contact all relevant stakeholders within client companies

What You'll Need

• Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner


• Previous telesales experience (B2B or B2C)


• Good IT skills and CRM system familiarity


• A team-focused attitude and goal-driven mindset


• Your own transport to commute to and from work


• Motivation to hit KPIs and grow with the business
