GXO is currently seeking a talented and experienced individual for an exciting opportunity as a Warehouse Team Leader at our Bracknell site for our popular Pandora team. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will play an integral part in managing and motivating you team in ensuring a smooth process within the Warehouse setting. You will also be responsible for the appraisal and coaching of your team, ensuring that they are supported throughout their shift and able to develop within the team.


We are offering this position as a permanent, full-time basis. If successful, you will predominantly work Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of £32,136 per annum and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Team management; developing, leading and motivating your people to achieve challenging operational KPIs
  • You'll lead the team on health & safety, showing good working practices, as you'll be responsible for keeping all our operational processes fully compliant whilst keeping your people safe
  • You'll actively manage your available resource, and utilise staff where possible  
  • Maintain a constant presence within the warehouse delivering shift briefs and preparing handovers


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • IT Literate and experience of WMS systems.
  • Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
  • You have at least MBO (post-secondary college) level of work and thinking, where necessary additional relevant diplomas and certificates for the department
  • Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
