We are looking for a Systems Officer to work alongside Operations, Inventory, and off-site I.T service providers to support asos.com in processing parcels for its customers. This role will support the returns centre operations in Doncaster, to ensure that the systems (hardware and software) are running smoothly allowing the operation to fulfil the customer promise.

What you'll do on a typical day:
To ensure that the systems (hardware & software) are running smoothly and any issues with the systems are resolved in the quickest time possible
First line support for all issue that arise within the operation
Maintain the hardware inventory ensuring relevant details are up to date and accurate
Maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information
