Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Stock Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our Shepherd Neame team in Faversham. You will be working Monday - Friday, covering the hours from 14:00 - 22:00; however, a degree of flexibility may be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

What you'll do on a typical day:

 

  • Investigating and reporting stock variances whilst implementing resolutions where appropriate
  • Contributing towards continuous improvement projects and ideas
  • Performing cycle counts against a schedule using Warehouse Management Systems
  • Any other duties that may be reasonably assigned, including those in support of operational functions

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Be IT literate (Advantageous: SAP, JDA, MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Previous experience of operating MHE is desirable but not essential
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
