Job Summary:

As a Service Agent Driver, you bring products, joy, and impeccable service straight to our customers' doors. This role takes you through diverse neighborhoods' and cities, allowing you to interact with an array of people-from busy business owners to those counting on your prompt deliveries. You'll be part of a laundry and hygiene lively and supportive team, working together to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving and Delivery:

    • Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, services, or passengers to designated locations.

    • Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.

    • Ensure the security and safety of all cargo or passengers during transit.



  • Customer Interaction:

    • Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner.

    • Provide information about delivery times and any other relevant details.

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.



  • Vehicle Maintenance:

    • Perform routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.

    • Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the fleet manager.

    •  Keep the interior and exterior of the vehicles clean and presentable.



  • Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle operation.

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Participate in regular training sessions and safety meetings.


Experience:

  • Previous experience as a driver is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with the local area and delivery routes is a plus.


Skills:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to read maps and use GPS devices.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
