Here at GXO, we're looking for a Senior Data Intelligence Manager to spearhead the development of a data-driven culture across our Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes. In this pivotal role, you'll align planning, reporting, and operational performance to ensure seamless material flow and smarter decision-making.

 

You'll lead a team of experts across planning, control tower, systems, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Tableau, Rebus, and SQL.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 16:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

 

  • Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making and exception management
  • Define and integrate planning, data, and reporting strategies across the DC
  • Automate reporting to reduce indirect hours and enhance operational focus
  • Design and deploy BI dashboards and reports that support internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Vitesse on-site and support the AGM in driving site performance
  • Collaborate with the customer to continuously improve service delivery

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Strong experience and a proven track record of Power BI/reporting roles with strong Tableau and SQL skills
  • Expertise in DLX, Power Query, data modelling, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience integrating Tableau with Azure, SharePoint, and other platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scripting for data transformation
