We are looking for a Sales Representative.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join a well-established Parcel & Pallet Company in Leicester
You will be covering all of Leicestershire.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a tenacious, passionate and positive Sales Representative. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new accounts via cold call door knocking and other lead generation methods and effectively nurturing them using our recently implemented bespoke system. The role is office and field based.
Working hours are typically Monday to Friday 09.00 until 17.00 but flexibility is part and parcel of the job role for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Proactively and reactively identify new business leads via cold calling.
- Maintaining client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets managing your own personal sales pipeline.
- Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
- Use and update internal CRM systems, and other appropriate records.
Requirements of the role:
- Previous sales experience within the Parcel & Pallet sector is a major advantage, along with a proven track record of selling contracted services and achieving/overachieving sales targets.
- Must be able to handle rejection.
- Must be social media savvy, reaching prospects online.
- Good rapport-building and sales skills. Must also be articulate, confident, and politely persistent.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
- Ambitious and self-motivated, demonstrating a strong can-do attitude. Must be determined to succeed and be prepared to go the extra mile to win a customer's commitment and build lasting.
