We’re looking for an experienced Reward Manager to design and deliver competitive, fair, and effective compensation and benefits programmes that support our people strategy and business goals. The role spans several areas of reward, and we’re looking for someone who brings solid capability across a number of these domains.
What You’ll Do
- You’ll independently deliver a range of reward activities, including:
- Managing the day‑to‑day operation of the mobility offering, including the company car and car salary sacrifice schemes
- Delivering compensation, benefits and incentive processes end to end, ensuring accuracy, consistency and good governance
- Owning delivery of activity related to the annual pay and benefits review cycle
- Analysing reward data and market information to produce clear insights that inform decisions and recommendations
- Providing practical, credible advice to HR colleagues and managers on reward policies and processes
- Managing benchmarking activity, survey submissions and coordination with external providers
- Owning reward governance standards and identifying opportunities to improve reward processes and ways of working
What You’ll Bring
- Strong compensation & benefits experience
- Experience in company car/car salary sacrifice experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver in a complex environment.
- High levels of integrity, credibility, and a drive for achievement.
- Degree‑level education or equivalent experience.
