About you

You have an intuitive understanding of the market, allowing you to attract and retain top talent. Confident and composed, you will represent Bibendum with ease, whether working with the trade, speaking to the press, or partnering with the England and Wales Sales Director to shape and implement our vision for the future.

As a charismatic and accomplished leader, you bring a wealth of experience in managing both functional and general teams, with a strong track record of driving commercial success. You have consistently delivered profit and growth in your previous roles, thriving in environments that require both change management and business-as-usual leadership. With a genuine passion for people development, you have a history of nurturing talent at all levels, using a coaching approach to foster a positive and growth-oriented culture. Your deep knowledge of the GB drinks industry, particularly the wine sector, along with your understanding of its competitive landscape and key players, positions you perfectly to succeed in this role.
