Regional Business Development Manager

We have an exciting new role for a Business Development Manager working regionally with the primary aim of winning and developing revenue streams from large major customers in the Test and Monitoring sector.

The role will proactively manage and grow Electrical Test Equipment, collaborating and liaising with the full SBR Regional, National and dedicated Focused teams. This role includes all T&M product groups but specializing in the Electrical test equipment range.  The role involves working alongside the T&M field and internal based Teams and is fundamental in supporting our revenue & EBIT growth through a solution lead approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Growing Test & Monitoring revenue and profit streams by supporting our National, Local & Regional customers creating and closing new sales opportunities.
  • Develops and drives new product awareness across the network, upskilling colleagues and stimulating customer demand becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Offers specialist technical support and site survey advice supporting both depot network and sales teams where required on joint visits.
  • Supports with pricing strategy and commercial terms in given product area for all agreements.
  • Preparing presentations and quotations
  • Work with Team Mates to target end users and specific accounts using detailed account strategy plans and a solution lead approach.
  • Supports on campaign management and product specific focus for target accounts.
  • Embrace social media fully and utilise effectively to grow personal profile, customer network and Sunbelt Rentals awareness.
