About our opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality and Inventory Co-ordinator to ensure IES quality procedures are followed, material quality is closely monitored, and inventory accuracy is maintained. You will be responsible for reporting quality and production data on internal systems and supporting IES projects to achieve plant throughput and uptime targets.
This opportunity will be working a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off, (days only) 07:00-19:00

What you will be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform product quality checks, waste sampling, and manage systems to meet quality standards.
• Monitor and record infeed material quality and copper yield, implementing improvement actions as necessary.
• Ensure physical product locations match inventory records.
• Manage Trade 2 inventory and conduct regular stock takes.
• Correct stock errors and resolve process issues affecting stock accuracy.
• Support site projects aimed at improving stock management.

About you:

Experience/Qualifications/Skills Required:
• Proven experience in production and stock management.
• Experience in quality management.
• Competency in MS Windows and other IT systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Good time management for routine tasks.
