We’re looking for a proactive and data driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our George team on a 9 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a leading retailer across both fashion and home categories, helping to drive growth through best in class performance marketing.
You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across paid search, paid social, and affiliates, ensuring activity is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business priorities.
This role sits at the heart of a collaborative, creative environment. You’ll work closely with our Brand, Creative, and Ecommerce teams, as well as our external media agency, to bring campaigns to life and support the ongoing development of our performance marketing strategy.
You will:
Plan, activate, and optimise campaigns across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels to deliver against performance KPIs.
Partner with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Ecommerce) to ensure campaigns are aligned with trading priorities, product launches, and creative direction.
