Operations Manager
Salary: £27,414 per annum (£13.18 per hour)
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 13:00 – 22:00
- Friday: 12:15 – 18:30

Key Responsibilities
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and optimise resource utilisation.
- Maximise operational and financial performance to achieve and exceed budget targets.
- Lead, manage, and develop a professional, high-performing operational team.
- Champion QHSE standards, ensuring full commitment, awareness, and continuous improvement.
- Drive a strong people-management culture focused on development, engagement, and performance.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company effectively at internal and external meetings.
- Lead by example in all aspects of the role.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous management experience within an operational environment.
- Proven experience in budget setting and financial management.
- Strong understanding of operational IT systems.
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (QHSE) systems, including safe systems of work.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Commitment to personal development and continuous learning.
- Experience in recycling or waste management is desirable but not essential.
