Driver Hire Leeds West is currently looking for a
hands-on Night Shift Supervisor to join our customer's growing team in LS11. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of
reliable refrigerated delivery services, ensuring chilled and frozen food and drink products reach customers across the UK.
As the Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in
leading and motivating the warehouse team, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervising night shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Leading by example - getting stuck in when needed to support the team.
- Implementing and improving processes to boost productivity and accuracy.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with your team to maintain direction and focus.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards.
- Supporting the business as it expands, with opportunities to progress into more senior roles.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (supervisory experience preferred).
- A dynamic personality with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach - happy to help out when the team is busy.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and put processes in place.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
