We have an exciting new role for a National Account Manager, to be based in Scotland, who will be integral to the success of our national sales strategy, ensuring that we have a consistent, joined-up approach to managing one of our largest FM customers. In the role of an National Account Support Manager, it will be your responsibility to help grow revenue with our largest FM customer across all their business units, a tremendous opportunity for Sunbelt Rentals. The successful candidate will focus on managing and developing relationships with the customer at all levels throughout their business from site level up to Account Director level. You will also actively support the introduction of Sunbelt category specialists into customer projects to facilitate cross selling across the entire Sunbelt range of products and services and to maximise all opportunities to sell our Greener solutions range of products and services.

Your key objectives will be to ensure that:

  • Our customers sites and projects are proactively managed and contacted on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads and opportunities are passed into the safekeeping of the most appropriate sales colleague for follow up.
  • A pipeline of opportunities within your region is created and a plan is in place to ensure all revenue opportunities are maximised.
  • The customer is aware of Sunbelt’s full range of products & services and every opportunity is taken to promote our Greener Solutions.
