Based in the Hawick Branch, you will be instrumental in the administration for all Advisors and Clients to ensure the smooth running of operations. Occasional work may be required in the Galashiels branch but this will be on agreement.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of both offices and providing excellent support to the mortgage advisors. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to mortgage advisors
- Manage client appointments and maintain schedules
- Handle client enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and organise documentation for mortgage applications
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with marketing and outreach efforts
- Perform general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Interest in finance, mortgage advisory, or related fields
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as you will sometimes work alone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - basic level
