Job Opportunity: Foreman - Toilet Division MUST HAVE 7.5T LICENCE WITH VALID CPC AND TACHO CARD

Role Overview: We're seeking a dedicated and proactive team leader with exceptional communication skills to oversee our Toilet division at our Castleford Depot. As the Foreman, you'll manage a team of toilet service drivers, ensuring efficient work distribution and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and allocate tasks to toilet service drivers to ensure that all products are cleaned and serviced to meet our standards and hire demands.
- Address customer concerns regarding breakdowns, maintain a daily breakdown log, monitor response times, and report issues to the Depot Manager.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet company goals, considering factors like holidays and sick leave.
- Inspect returned units/toilets for damages, including graffiti, and ensure proper documentation.
- Complete and process all delivery, collection, and exchange paperwork accurately, and ensure workshop paperwork is submitted to the appropriate department.
- Oversee daily vehicle checks by drivers and report any defects.
- Manage parts requisitions, raise purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery to minimize downtime.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock reviews, and handle the packaging and dispatch of goods.
- Test new units/toilets according to manufacturer recommendations before adding them to the fleet, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and secure the Toilet Yard, ensuring designated areas are properly marked and organized, and that all areas are clean and hazard-free.
- Enforce company procedures, particularly regarding Health & Safety, and ensure all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary PPE.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Tacho Card holder.
- Drivers CPC.
- 7.5T Driving Licence.
