LGV Cat C / HGV Class 2 Driver

Our client is a family owned business with a reputation of producing and delivering high quality, organic foods.

They pride themselves on their exceptional customer service. They are based on the  North East outskirts of  Exeter.

This vacancy is a mixture of driving Cat C / Class 2 and vans. The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour whatever is driven. It is a temp to perm role.

Working 5 days one week and 6 days the following week. This will include Saturdays.

Starting at 4 am each day and finishing around midday. This is great for anyone wanting to have their afternoons free.

The deliveries are around the South West to commercial businesses including pubs and restaurants. These are regular drops which give the opportunity to get to know the customers. The products are boxed fresh foods and include meat deliveries on Fridays. Everything is handballed, so a reasonable level of fitness is needed.

If you are a qualified LGV Cat C / HGV Class 2 driver with valid tacho and CPC cards, and are looking to work for a locally owned, reputable company who is expanding, this could be the job for you.

You will be driving both LGV and vans but you will be paid the LGV rate of £14.00 per hour.  20 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum.
