In this role, you'll provide technical support across a range of internal systems, working to agreed quality standards and SLAs.
The role is based on a Hybrid pattern with a minimum of one day per week in the office.
Core Duties
- Install, configure, and support servers and management platforms, including VMware and Hyper-V
- Document technical specifications and reports
- Support infrastructure projects through capacity planning and design
- Share knowledge across teams and support project activities
- Provide BAU and out-of-hours support to the business
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support a varied server/network estate
- Monitor systems, resolve issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity problems
- Perform routine maintenance (e.g. backups, patching, hotfixes)
- Recommend and implement solutions to optimize performance
- Work on multiple concurrent systems and project initiatives
