Driver Hire Teesside is currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 (HGV) HIAB Driver to join our team. 

PAY RATE - STARTING AT £18 PER HOUR - WEEKLY PAY

OVERTIME & WEEKENDS AVAILABLE!

Responsibilities for HGV HIAB driver:

  • You MUST have own transport due to early start times

  • Deliver building materials with multiple and varied drops

  • To load and unload vehicles and maintain the safety and security of load at all times

  • Provide customers with the highest level of service

  • To plan and adapt routes

  • Operate a manual and automatic vehicle with a manual or remote crane

  • To comply with all health and safety requirements in the depot, on the road, and at customers' premises


Key requirements for HIAB driver:

  • A clean HGV Class 2 License including a digital tacho card and CPC

  • A valid HIAB License

  • LORRY LOADER Entitlement

  • Multi-drop experience

  • Knowledge of building materials and construction site safety

  • You must be physically fit

  • Clients are based in Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, Skelton, Yarm, etc... so own transport is a MUST!
