Looking for consistent HGV driving work at a great company? We have ongoing assignments for Class 1 drivers to complete straightforward trunk runs for Gist on behalf of the Marks & Spencer Primary network.

You will be trunking chilled, ambient, and frozen goods to distribution centres on behalf of Gist, starting from a clean depot, with well-maintained vehicles. 

Pay Rates

  • Monday to Thursday Days: £17.33 per hour
  • Monday to Thursday Nights: £19.67 per hour
  • Friday Day: £18.59 per hour
  • Friday Night: £20.93 per hour
  • Weekends: Up to £23.38 per hour.
  • All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately.

Shift Information

  • Typical start times: 11:00–21:00
  • Usual shift length: 10–13 hours
  • Full training provided following a successful driving assessment

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
  • Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 18 months of recent HGV driving experience required
  • No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
