HGV Class 2 Skip Driver
Location: Edmonton, N18
Pay: £21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm or 7:00am–5:00pm
Overtime: Available during the week + every other Saturday

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to join our client's established waste management operation in Edmonton.
If you're an experienced Skip Driver looking for regular Monday-Friday work, daytime hours and the opportunity to earn extra through overtime, this could be the role for you.
The Job
You will be responsible for the delivery and collection of skips from commercial and domestic sites across the local area.
The role includes:
- Delivering and collecting skips from customer sites.
- Operating a skip loader safely and efficiently.
- Transporting waste to the appropriate facility.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Completing required paperwork.
- Providing a professional service to customers.
- Following Drivers' Hours, Road Traffic and Health & Safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous Skip Driver experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of Drivers' Hours and road transport regulations.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
