The Job:
Position: HGV Class 2 Refuse Driver/Loader (permanent)
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 5:45am - 3:30pm (half-hour break)
Hours: Minimum 37 hours per week
Start Date: Immediate start available
Pay: £17.00/hour PAYE Advanced
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on local rounds
Working as part of a team, assisting with loading when needed
Providing a crucial public service - keeping Oxford clean and running smoothly
Attending a short health & safety induction and driving assessment before starting
What You'll Need:
HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence
CPC card and Tachograph card
Good level of fitness (some loading required)
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Able to provide solid references
Experience in waste/recycling is a plus - but not essential
Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply!
