HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver

Monday to Friday Work

£15.50 - £17.37 per hour

Approx 40 hours a Week

 

This particular work we have to offer, involves delivering on behalf of a well established builders merchant. Working with a friendly team, you will be expected to successfully and safely make deliveries throughout to day to customers of the branch.

Your responsibilities will include daily walk around checks, reporting any defects on the vehicle, safely transporting and delivering goods, and providing excellent customer service while doing so. A typical day will consist of around 10 drops around the Barrow, Ulverston and Lakes areas.

This work will initially be up to 10 weeks with the opportunity to turn into a permanent job offer for the right driver.

Uniform can be provided as well as safety boots and outerwear.

 

What we ask for:

- Experience driving HGV Vehicles

- Valid CPC

- Valid Digital Tachograph

- Punctuality & Reliability

- No more than 6 points on licence

- No Major endorsements
