Pay Rate: £15.39 p/h inclusive of bonus

Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Saturdays as required)

Smart Solutions are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Skip & RoRo Driver to join our team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and respected waste management company that values professionalism, safety, and career progression.

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating Class 2 vehicles to complete skip and RoRo collections and deliveries of waste materials
- Ensuring the safe loading, transport, and unloading of waste containers
- Following all site safety protocols and road compliance standards
- Delivering excellent service to customers and representing the company professionally
- Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Planning and following efficient routes to ensure timely collections
- Completing all collection, delivery, and incident documentation accurately
- Communicating professionally with customers and handling on-site queries
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience with Skips and/or RoRo (preferred but not essential)
- Must have 1+ years experience working in waste and skip experience
- Good knowledge of UK road networks
- A safety-focused, positive, and reliable work ethic
- Strong route planning and navigation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Committed to safety, compliance, and service excellence
