Driver Hire Gatwick is currently seeking a motivated and reliable
Class 2 driver for an esteemed client based in the Crawley area, within the RH postcode. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to customers across the Midlands and London.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pallet Deliveries: You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of pallets to various customers across the Midlands and London areas.
- Effective Drop Management: The role requires you to carry out 4-5 drops per day, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Vehicle Operation: You will be driving a Class 2 vehicle, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.
- Schedule: This is a full-time position, operating Monday to Friday with working hours from 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM.
- Base Location: The position is based in Crawley, RH postcode area.
Job Requirements:
- CPC & Tacho Card: A valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and tacho card are essential for this role.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required, with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Proximity to Workplace: Candidates should reside within a 10-mile radius of the workplace to ensure punctuality and ease of commute.
- Own Transport: You must have your own means of transportation to travel to and from the workplace, as public transport may not be reliable for the early start times.
