Job location: Hallen BS10 area
Pay rate: £14.75 per hour, weekly pay in arrears, every Friday
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 06.00 am till 03:00pm

Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver to join our successful client based in the in Hallen BS10 area Our client is a leader in Waste Management.
HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver - Duties & Responsibilities
The right person will be responsible for driving the refuse lorry and assisting loaders with collecting/emptying bins from residential premises, returning them where necessary, and ensuring all additional work and missed bins are completed.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to safety and follow project timelines and complete tasks within the set deadlines.
- Drive and operate a class 2 dustcart, refuse lorry, or bin lorry
- Assist with manually moving domestic wheelie bins
- Kerbside household waste collection of refuse materials will be required at times
- Maintain awareness of other vehicles or people on the road and operate the lorry safely
- Loading and driving will be required
HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver - Person Specification
- UK HGV Class 2 driving license (minimum 6 months)
- Digital tachograph card & CPC card essentials
- Good team working skills and good communication skills
- Previous experience within a waste & recycling industrial environment would be an advantage
