Driver Hire Carlisle are currently looking for a Class 2 (HGV) Driver to join a well-established client based in Carlisle. This role involves delivering home furniture across the UK, usually working as part of a two-person team with a driver's mate.
This is an active role with regular lifting involved, but it's ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and getting out on the road.

Pay and benefits:
£16.00 per hour (including holiday pay) for the first 8 hours
£19.00 per hour overtime rate after 8 hours
£25 night-out allowance for each night away
- Earning potential of c£1000 per week if away all week
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and lifting furniture
A positive attitude and good teamwork skills
