Job Title: HGV Class 2 Cage Driver Type: Temporary Contract (6-8 weeks) - potential perm position at the end Pay Rate: £18.50 per hour Location: Fareham Start Date: Immediate (Assessment Required) Our Fareham based customer is after Class 2 drivers with cage experience. You will be delivering wholesale food, drink and catering supplies to commerical premises on set routes. This is a Monday to Friday role c. 45 hours per week. Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (HGV/LGV, Category C) driving licence with a clean driving record
- Valid CPC card and Tacho Card
- Previous commercial driving experience with cages and is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Class 2 vehicles for cage deliveries to convenience stores
- Ensure safe loading, transportation, and unloading of goods using cages
- Complete multi-drop deliveries in a timely and professional manner
