Monday to Friday

Salary £17.78

Driver Hire Stevenage & Hatfield are recruiting a class 2 or class 1 hiab driver for our customer based in Welwyn Garden City.

Job Responsibilities
Drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law, within driving regulations / hour limits
Follow all company Health & Safety guidelines and work to the company Standard Operating
Procedures
Multi-drop delivery service of materials and plant; ensuring the products are loaded and unloaded
safely and secured to minimize damage
Carry out any other duties appropriate for this post

General Experience / Qualifications
Class 2 minimum (Class 1 preferable)
Lorry mounted crane certified (Hook not Clamshell)
Driver CPC
Previous construction industry experience
Plant delivery experience and/or qualification in plant delivery (NPORS)
Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
Self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative; enthusiastic with can do' attitude
Good communication skills
