HGV Class 1 Moffett Driver - General Haulage

Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour (PAYE)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Moffett Driver to join a busy and growing general haulage operation based in Bradford.
This role will involve delivering a variety of goods to commercial and residential locations, using a Moffett-mounted forklift to safely load and unload products. The position is predominantly day shifts, although occasional nights out may be required depending on customer and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle safely and efficiently
- Complete deliveries and collections across the UK
- Operate a Moffett-mounted forklift for loading and unloading
- Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately
- Conduct daily vehicle and Moffett safety checks
- Secure loads correctly and comply with transport regulations
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid Moffett Licence/Certificate
- Previous Class 1 and Moffett experience preferred
- Good understanding of UK road networks
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Flexible approach to occasional nights out
