Driver Hire Colchester is recruiting several
HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Earls Colne.
This role involves operating a
water tanker, travelling to and from various customer sites and destinations across the UK. The successful candidates must be flexible, as
night shifts and regular tramping are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 1 water tanker.
- Transport water between customer sites and designated locations.
- Complete all required vehicle checks and paperwork.
- Comply with all DVSA regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain a professional approach when representing our client.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
- Comfortable with nights away and tramping.
- Reliable, flexible and safety-conscious.
