HGV Class 1 Driver - Weekend Work Only!
Location: Barnsley Shift Patter: Weekends only, ongoing
Salary: Saturday £19.61 - Sunday £22.41
Start Date: ASAP
About the role: We are currently seeking
HGV Class 1 Drivers for a client located in Barnsley. We are looking for a minimum of 6 months experience driving a class 1 and no more than 6 points.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 vehicles, ensuring compliance with all road traffic laws and regulations
- Complete deliveries and collections on time
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Maintain accurate paperwork and digital logs
What we are looking for:
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Current CPC
- Tacho Card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience (minimum 6 months)
- Professional attitude and strong commitment to safety and service
