£17.93ph PAYE Advanced (including holiday pay)

£16.00ph PAYE accrued holiday

Start time - 04:00 - 09:00



Salary when permanent

£43,000 per annum with additional handball bonus paid twice annually, nights out included in salary, but should a second night out be required within a week this is paid at an additional £26.20 per night.

33 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Full description of the role

As an HGV Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes from Corby to customer sites. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to think fast on your feet whilst you'll be expected to cover a variation of both palletised and handball deliveries and collections. Will need to cover Class 2 deliveries when required.

New fleet of vehicles and you will be allocated your own vehicle

 

Skills / qualifications

Valid C+E licence (Class 1)

Minimum two years class 1 HGV driving experience with less than 6 penalty points

Valid driving license, digicard and CPC card (preferably up to date with training hours during current 5-year cycle)

Physically fit to cover handball deliveries

Excellent knowledge of UK road network

Strong communication skills

Customer service focused

Safety first mindset
