Driver Hire Motherwell are currently looking for Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to work on various contracts throughout ML, G67 and G68 postcode areas. Roles include but not limited to; - Pump hire deliveries
- Store deliveries
- Window & doors deliveries to residential areas
- General Haulage
- Flooring deliveries
- Timber deliveries
- Wholesale deliveries
- Deliveries to building and construction sites
- Handball may be required
We are also looking for drivers with additional skills which include; Tippers, IPAF & HIAB. Work available is a mix of ongoing & ad-hoc including options if only a couple of days a week suits.
You will need; - A Class 2 licence
- CPC card & Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience (preferred but not essential for some roles)
- No more than 6 points on your licence*
- No DD, DR or IN endorsements*
Due to the nature of this role, previous experience within a similar field dealing with heavy manual handling would be advantageous. Some insurance restrictions may apply. Contact us for more information.
Rate of pay;
- £14.00per hour via PAYE
- Holiday accrual included
We also have the option to go on an alternative PAYE model with holiday allowance included in an enhanced pay rate.
