Weekly Pay – Every Friday
Shifts Available:
- Morning Shift: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00

Smart Solutions Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established waste management company based in Tipton (DY4).
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled forklift operator seeking stable, long-term work with consistent hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving bins, waste materials, and transporting bales
- Working alongside shredders and balers within the waste operation
- Dispatch duties
- Conducting daily FLT checks and basic maintenance
- Supporting general operative duties (this is not solely an FLT role)
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Adhering strictly to all site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence – ESSENTIAL
- Previous Counterbalance FLT experience – MUST HAVE
- Experience loading and unloading in a busy environment
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
