We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual for the position of First Line Manager to support with our shared-user site in Harlow. Leading a team of people and coordinating activities, you will be responsible for organising colleagues and supervising workloads to achieve KPI's, whilst ensuring business goals are achieved and promoting a team-based culture.
This position would be full-time, permanent contract, between the hours of 08:00-16:30, Monday - Friday.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £33,436 per annum. In addition, we offer 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:
- You'll provide hands-on support to your team on shift as and when appropriate
- Train and develop all team members to ensure a fully multi-skilled and capable workforce to meet customer needs and demands
- Lead by example by ensuring that you provide high levels of customer service at all times
- Ensuring customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance
- Adaptability when working in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment
- Operational and supervisory experience within a warehousing environment
- Experience within a warehousing and logistics, ecommerce exposure would be ideal
