Pay: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm

About the Role
Smart Solutions are recruiting a hardworking and reliable Driver’s Mate to support our delivery teams in distributing new recycling bins across the area. You will work alongside a Van Driver to deliver bins to residential and commercial properties, ensuring excellent service and safe handling of equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the driver with daily delivery routes
- Load, unload, and position new recycling bins
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
- Work efficiently to meet daily delivery targets
- Support with basic paperwork or route checks when required
Requirements
- Good level of physical fitness – manual handling is required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a labouring, delivery, or warehouse role is helpful but not essential
