Here at GXO we are looking for a Customer Service administrator to join our team, working on the Daikin contract based at our Daventry site (NN6 7EL)

 

You will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00

What you'll do on a typical day:

 

  • Manage customer and systems in terms of order processing and progression
  • To ensure that all official communication with GXO colleagues and external customers is to a professional standard
  • To present and manage data in a professional format
  • Manage special transport requests and requirements for the customer.
  • Resolve queries and conclude investigations

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Experience of admin work, or similar roles.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role and a firm understanding of how to deal with any type of customer query
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel at an advanced level
