Here at GXO, we're recruiting for a Control Room Administrator to join our team in Sherburn in Elmet, supporting our Asda contract. You'll be working 40.15 hours per week, on a 4on, 4off shift pattern, between the hours of  07:00 - 19:00

What you'll do on a typical day:

 

  • Hold full responsibility for all reporting requirements for internal and external parties, providing hourly and daily updates to the customer and operation whilst ensuring all data entry is accurate as well as inputted and presented as required
  • Investigate and resolve order failures as well as managing any allocation shortages to ensure orders are being fulfilled to meet customer satisfaction
  • Be the first point of contact for any system troubleshooting, provide any UAT test support for operational developments as well as provide continuous onsite system support
  • Ensure all health and safety practices are followed in line with organisational values and policies

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • An understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan is preferred)
  • The ability to problem solve as well as effectively manage and plan workload
  • Excellent communication skills and able to successfully work as part of a team
  • KPI and SLA awareness
