Class 2 HIAB Driver - Full-Time & Ongoing

Pay: From £17.50 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
We're looking for an experienced and customer focused Class 2 HIAB Driver to join our client's busy builders merchant yard in Inverness. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands on work, supporting customers with essential building materials and representing the company out on site. You'll be working as part of a friendly yard team, delivering to both trade and domestic customers, and playing a key role in keeping daily deliveries running smoothly. This is a full time, ongoing role with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
Immediate start available.
What's on Offer:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM start time
- Overtime paid after 8 hours daily
- Weekly pay -
- PAYE - £17.50ph with £20.25 OT
- PAYE ADV - £19.61 ph with £22.69 OT
Your Day-to-Day:
- Deliver building materials to commercial and residential locations
- Operate HIAB safely (hook and sling attachments)
- Load/unload materials and carry out some manual handling
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain delivery records and vehicle logs
- Carry out routine vehicle checks
What You'll Need:
- Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- HIAB ticket
- No DR, IN, or TT endorsements
- Forklift or lifting experience is an advantage
