Skye and Lochalsh plus Surrounding Areas £16.00 per hour | Overtime £24.00 per hour Start Date: Immediate Driver Hire Inverness is currently recruiting a Class 2 HGV Driver for a permanent position based at Ardelve Depot (IV40), covering the Skye and Lochalsh area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for steady, full time work with consistent weekday hours.
What We Offer:
- Permanent, Monday-Friday work
- Early start at 06:00
- £16.00 per hour basic rate
- Overtime paid at £24.00 per hour
- Overtime applies after 45 hours worked per week
Typical Duties May Include:
- Local deliveries across Skye & Lochalsh
- General haulage and distribution
- Pallet Deliveries using pallet trucks and tail lifts
- Loading and unloading
- Daily vehicle checks
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (HGV) Licence
- Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No DR, TT or IN convictions
