Class 2 HGV Driver - Builders Merchant (Downpatrick/Belfast/ Cookstown)

Role details

  • Position: HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver

  • Industry: Builders Merchant / Construction supplies

  • Location: Downpatrick, Co. Down

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30am start 

  • Employment: Temporary ongoing (Cookstown role is temp to perm) Rate to be discussed 

  • Pay: £15.00 per hour

  • Start: Immediate


Typical duties

  • Delivering building materials to trade customers and construction sites

  • Loading/unloading

  • Daily vehicle checks & paperwork

  • Providing good customer service on site


Requirements

  • Valid Category C (Class 2) licence

  • Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph card

  • Previous Class 2 or builders merchant experience preferred (not always essential)
