HGV (C) Class 2 driver required for immediate start in Wixams, Bedford Our client, a leading supplier of chilled, ambient and frozen goods, require a HGV (C) Class 2 driver to support their delivery team.
This Role Offers:
- 12 Week Temp-Perm Agreement
- £18 P/H When Permanent
- Overtime Earning Potential of £45,000+
- 5am starts.
- Tuesday - Saturday.
- 40-50 hrs a week.
- Full Training Provided
Role and Responsibilities: As a HGV (C) Class 2 driver, you will be helping our client maintain their reliable service by delivering to sites within a radius of 60 miles from Bedford. This opportunity is Temp-Perm with 12 weeks full time work through us before transferring over to our client on a permanent basis. Multi drop role (4-10 drops depending on distance) delivering to the Hospitality Industry (Restaurants, Pubs) and Schools. There will be some manual handling involved, as you will be handballing the goods with sack barrow to the customers. You will be working in an environment where safety, performance and efficiency is key.

- £17.00 per hour (with Holiday pay)
- £18.70 per hour Overtime including holiday pay
- Overtime available
- 2 Weeks Training courtesy of our client
Qualifications or Requirements of the HGV(C) Class 2 Truck driver
- A valid Class 2(C) HGV Drivers Licence. No More than 6 points or endorsements on you drivers licence
- A valid CPC and Tachograph card
- 2 x Referees
- New Passes Welcome
