 Class 2 HGV Driver 


 Elgin
PAYE £16.50 ph | £18.75 OT or ADV PAYE £18.49 ph | £21.01 OT 
 Start Date: Immediate | Full-Time hours |  

Driver Hire Inverness is currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Driver for temporary work based in Elgin.



This is a varied role involving the operation of a low loader transporting plant machinery between local locations.

Immediate start available and will ideally hold a site H&S card.



 What We Offer:



  • PAYE £16.50 ph | £18.75 OT  or ADV PAYE £18.49 ph | £21.01 OT

  • Ongoing placement

  • Minimum 8-hour pay per shift, with overtime after 8 hours


Typical Duties May Include:

  • Driving Class 2 vehicles on site projects

  • Moving plant and machinery using a low loader when required

  • Loading and unloading various types of plant equipment

  • Securing loads safely using straps and chains

  • Transporting soil and other materials between local sites

  • Completing daily vehicle checks and following site safety procedures


 Requirements:



  • Valid Class 2 (HGV) Licence

  • CPC and Digital Tacho Card

  • Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, TT or IN convictions)

  • CITB H&S or equivalent
